Business Broadband (IP Stream) is our most popular Internet broadband service and offers great performance at a low cost. There are no on-line charges and standard analogue voice and fax telephone calls can be made from the same telephone line whilst using the Internet.

Business Broadband (LLU) is most suitable for businesses that are looking for a low cost option or for those seeking at form of resilience by having a back-up broadband connection.  From as little as £6.99 per month, LLU broadband can provide you with connectivity of up to 24Mbps.  It is not available on all exchanges so is subject to availability.

Bonded Business Broadband

Annex-M SDSL (Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line) is a premium broadband service that is an ideal solution for demanding business use, allowing a host of additional services and functionality to be gained. Services such as Virtual Private Networking, FTP and Voice over IP communications can run concurrently with general web surfing and the sending and receiving of emails. Being easy to install, SDSL can be connected into a wide variety of computing and networking environments.

Ethernet in the first mile (EFM)

EFM internet access is a perfect solution for small enterprises of more than 10 employees, to medium scale organisations with more intensive access needs.  It is considered a natural upgrade from traditional leased line or SDSL services.

The EFM service is delivered over multiple copper pairs to provide higher reliability and throughput than traditional single pair DSL connections.  Various speed options are available, from 2Mb to 20Mb, the bandwidth is un-contended, symmetrical and guaranteed.

Delivery is via a standard 100Mbps Ethernet RJ45 Connector on the managed router which we install and maintain as part of the service.  Support is available 24/7, 365 days of the year and is backed up by a service level guarantee.
